Welcome to this explanatory video which serves to inform you about how to collect goods from Honingcraft Moser during the National State of Disaster.
Honingcraft Moser and Honingcraft Jünger will be closing regular operations from the 26th of March 2020 and will be reopening on Monday 20th of April 2020 as instructed by national authority however;
Some of our customers are considered essential service providers. In order to service such customers, a minimal staff compliment will be locked down at the Honingcraft Moser premises to attend to those orders. Our security guards will be at the gate to assist with collections of work as per the normal routine.
Honingcraft will not be delivering any products during this time, but have devised a safety protocol for those who need to collect goods during the national lockdown.
Please adhere to the following procedure to ensure the safety of our team members and yourself.
Place your order directly with a sales person using the details appearing on your screen now. Wait for the salesperson to let you know that the order has been completed and is ready to be collected then proceed to the entrance of the Honingcraft Moser business park.
At the entrance, please sanitise your hands carefully and place a mask on your face. Supply your drivers with their own masks.
Proceed to the collection area. Here, you will find orders that have been prepared in anticipation for your arrival.
Find your parcel, sign the invoice that is tucked under the parcel and take the duplicate copy for yourself. Place the signed invoice (without your copy of course) under the paperweight at the dispatch counter then proceed to load your material. Once you are loaded and ready to go, please drive back to the entrance and sanitise your hand again. From that point, you are clear to exit the premises and complete your collection.
